  1. During the Thanksgiving weekend SXM released its Top 300 Autumn songs of the 60s, that is, songs that peaked on Billboard during the fall. It was a listeners' poll. Here is the top ten:
    10. Baby, I Need Your Lovin' - Four Tops
    9. Big Girls Don't Cry - Four Seasons
    8. Be My Baby - Ronettes
    7. Never My Love - Association
    6. Summer Song - Chad and Jeremy
    5. To Sir, With Love - Lulu
    4. Do You Believe in Magic - Lovin' Spoonful
    3. Crazy - Patsy Cline
    2. Hey Jude - Beatles
    1. Yesterday - Beatles

  2. Nice list. "Do You Believe In Magic" is one of my all-time favorites. "Hey Jude", not so much (Nah, na na nanana nah ... ad nauseum).

  3. Agree with Lovin' Spoonful choice, though surprised it finished so high. Hey Jude one of my least favorite Beatle songs. "Crazy" seems like it belongs to another era when viewed in the context of the other titles. Great Willie Nelson song, though.
