I seldom
listen to Classic Rock radio stations. It’s not that the music is bad; it’s
just that there’s nothing fresh about it. I feel like I’m listening to the same
songs over and over and over and … (even when it’s not Led Zeppelin’s “The Song
Remains the Same” – or the Four Tops’ “It’s The Same Old Song”, which of course
would never get played on a Classic Rock station).
And yet the
tracks on Who’s Next, an album that
is as “classic rock” as they come, never seem to get old.
